The patented ARENS HDPS high pressure pumps are very efficient and compact. They are suitable for pumping low-viscosity liquids. The structural separation between the high-pressure circuit and the lubricated tappet drive enables non-lubricating liquids such as water or fuel to be conveyed. The current environmental crisis requires new drive technologies that are particularly characterized by resource efficiency and minimal pollutant emissions. At the same time, the benefits of using known technologies should not be lost. These include, in particular, a high range and reliability as well as low costs. Vehicles and mobile systems that have to be operated independently for a long time require a smart compromise between weight, installation space and low emissions. The limited power density of the four-stroke engine requires additional ancillary units, which make the engine structure more complicated and therefore more expensive.
